YouTube Tests Online Movie Rental Service

In its latest bid at a revenue model, YouTube has taken a page out of Hulu’s book, to begin testing an online movie rental service with independent films from the Sundance Film Festival.
The service will be initially limited to five Sundance titles, as well as a small collection of videos from partners in industries such as health and education, and will be available to web surfers through the end of the month.
Meanwhile, YouTube is reportedly in talks with other studios as well to include their productions in the service. Currently, the service is only available for the US.
