With Tasks, Gmail Gets Its Own To-do List

Uptil now, if anyone wanted a To-do list in their Gmail (fairly useful, given that lots of people have their Gmail account continually open in one of their browser windows), they would have to download and install the Remember the milk plugin for Firefox, but not anymore.
Now, Gmail has its own To-do list, which you can enable by going to the Settings > Labs.
Activating it, creates a link under the Contacts link on the left navigation bar. Clicking on that will give you a pop-up layer on your right, much like a Google Talk window. And its pretty easy. As the GMail Blog states:

Take entering a new task: just click in an empty part of your list and start typing. No buttons to click and it’s saved automatically. Hit Return and you’ve got a new task right there.
You can also easily convert emails into tasks: select one or more messages and go to More Actions > Add to Tasks. (Or turn on keyboard shortcuts and use <shift> + t.)

Apart from adding tasks, you can reorder them, cross out completed tasks, switch to a new list, or like the GTalk window, pop out the box to keep on your desktop.

Wishlist:
Due dates that connect with Google Calendar, and also send me reminders (you can still add due dates, by clicking on the little > sign at the right of your task item, but, there does not seem to be any way to get it into Calendar).
