According to statistics recently released by Korea Game Industry Agency, Korea accounted for just over a third of global online game sales last year. According to a recent report by Ficci and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the Indian gaming industry is projected to grow to from an estimated size of Rs2.7 billion in 2007 to Rs14 billion by 2012, ergo a cumulative growth of 39% over the next five years. [Via]
