RK Swamy To Offer HR Services Online
The Rs 650 crore group, is planning to invest Rs 3 crore in putting together a HR portal hrdirectiononline.com, which will provide internal and external communications services in 28 different categories. The company expects revenues of close to Rs 10 crore by the end of the first year of launch.
Focusing primarily on companies in sectors such as IT, ITeS, and BFSI, the portal will prepare HR advertisements as well as release them for the client companies, and will also offer internal communications especially helpful for global client companies which would want to get a message across to 40,000 employees or more.
“We already provide HR services but an online version will help us reach out to more clients and recipients,” Srinivasan K Swamy, chairman and managing director of R K Swamy BBDO told Business Standard.
