Plam Launches The Pre – Will This Be The New Standard?
You know a product has pushed the limit, when the latest products from its competitors start being labeled the product-killer.
Take the Plam Pre which is the latest smartphone from the Palm stable, and you will always try to match it up against the iPhone – although even by itself it’s a pretty nifty gadget.
Palm executives say the touch-screen device and the new operating system inside it, WebOS, break new ground in the fiercely competitive smartphone market. The phone’s selling points include an emphasis on fast Web browsing and efficient multitasking.
The reviews across the Internet seem to be pretty promising – now to see whether Palm is able to once again, set the standard for the phones to come. Watch a video of the Palm Pre keynote at the CES here.
