DealTracker – mKhoj Raises $7.1 Million From Kleiner Perkins, Sherpalo

Mobile advertising company mKhoj has landed Series A investment of $7.1 million from Kleiner Perkins, Caufield & Byers and Sherpalo Ventures according to VCCircle.
Founded by Naveen Tewari in 2006, mKhoj is a mobile advertising network, which serves ads on mobile phones, and includes Reebok, Barclays, Network18, etc. among its clients.
mKhoj had earlier received $0.5 million investment from Mumbai Angels, which incidentally, was also Mumbai Angels’ first investment.
