Bigshoebazaar.com is a big cheater. I have placed and paid for 2 orders form them. I got a confirmation email and then a cancelation notification. I have requested for a refund or a chance to purchase another item. At first they agreed for making another order. Then they changed their mind and agreed for a refund. But inspite of numerous email reminders for the past 6 month and a legal notice I never received any refund from them. The samething has happened to many buyers from bigshoebazaar.com. I beleive I have every right to claim for the Nobel prize for peace. What else I should say now? I have waited and still waiting for the past 4 months to get my money back. If you are ready to allow me to purchase from your website for the refund amount tell how I can do it, how much I can use as the refund? how I can eliminate the no stock items (I don’t want to go back to the same procedure again).

This is a standard reply they have… they are cheater.. they basically revolve your money in the market and survive on this.. this is what I feel…
This is totally fraud company for Sure..
Bigshoebazzar is a fraud, there is no doubt about it, they did the same thing to me, haven’t heard from them at all, looks like it is their modus operandi, they claim any shoe that you order from their website as out of stock and to choose an alternate product, when you do choose nothing happens after that… I wish I could approach the Consumer court regarding this.
Do not buy from http://www.shoebazaar website. They have cheated me and they arent returning my money. They have sent the wrong slippers which i didnt order and they arent giving a response to any calls or mails or letters. They are big fraUDS. Dont buy from them. Better take your time and go to a STORE.
