Microsoft has agreed to buy Greenfield Online, owner of popular European price comparison website ciao.com, for about $486 million to boost its Internet search and e-commerce business in Europe.

Sulekha.com, the local classified advertisements and yellow pages portal, has now expanded its presence to 20 Tier II and Tier III cities. Earlier, it was offering its services in eight metros, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.
