100% Cash Back? Yes With A Catch

In an effort to increase repeat purchases on its site, CafeGadgets has recently introduced a 100% cash back offer, on its first anniversary, which is applicable for all purchases made on the site.
Making a purchase entitles the consumer to a cash back voucher, with a validity of June 15, 2008, for the same amount as that of the purchase, which can be redeemed on CafeGadgets against the purchase of any other item on the website.
The catch as usual, lies in the small print. As the site claims:
Buy any item of Rs. X amount on cafegadgets. CG Cash-Back Voucher entitles the owner to a discount of Rs. X on a minimum value of Rs. 5X on next purchase.
