Nirvana for me, is discussing abstract concepts, and trying to make sense of the increasing complex being that is digital media. I am fascinated by technology and media - digital more so, and the ways it influences our lives - be it in interactions, development, society, business, etc. This attempt to wrap my head around media is the reason for this blog.
It was while attending the New Media and Policy course at the University of Toronto conducted by Dr. Liss Jeffery, and working on the Foreign Policy Dialogue - a pioneering online consultation conducted by the Government of Canada, that I realized how digital media could influence the very being of a country, and bring about actual democracy - that is what led to Governance2.Org - a compendium of information on eGovernance news and trends that I have recently started.
