Jaxtr - Now in India

Jaxtr is claiming to be the first and only company to offer its members the ability to get connected to friends and family abroad, by calling a local Indian number.
Costs range from as low as 0.43 INR (43 paisa or 0.01 USD) per minute exclusive of the local call charges, which while cheap would still be more expensive than calling up from Yahoo! via your computer. This however, gives you the added advantage of calling up from any phone, which would e much better for the not-so-tech savvy.
Incidentally, the Indian jaxtr numbers can be used to call other jaxtr members for free. [Via release]
